An interesting experience.

No idea why but today I just thought of an experience I had heard of some time ago and that is quite good food for thoughts.

If you take a frog and throw it in a pan filled with boiling water, it'll obviously be hurt and will try to get awayfrom that danger.

Now take a frog and put it in a pan filled with cold water. It will just sit there. Nothing dangerous to flee from. Then raise the temperature very slowly, say 1oC per hour, up to 100oC.
Your frog will end up boiled and it will have done nothing about it. Because the threat built up from seemingly harmless events...

The story said that this is true with frogs bt also with any living creature...

Useless but for that very reason compelling.
